Abstract

本发明涉及应用于自动化生产线的机器人技术领域,提供了一种自动化协同并联操作装置。包括:工控机(2);与工控机(2)电连接的电控箱(1),电控箱(1)接收来自工控机(2)的控制信号;与电控箱(1)相连的三轴并联平台(4),三轴并联平台(4)呈对称布置,其运动状态分别受与其相连的电控箱(1)控制;与三轴并联平台(4)固定连接的操作机械手(5),三轴并联平台(4)运动带动操作机械手(5)运动;工控机(2)对电控箱(1)协同控制,对每一三轴并联平台(4)的运动状态进行协调,使各个操作机械手(5)之间协同动作。本发明实现了操作机械手的协同动作,可广泛应用于自动化装配生产线中。
The invention relates to the technical field of robots applied to automated assembly lines, and provides an automated cooperative parallel operation device which comprises an industrial personal computer (2), electric control boxes (1), triaxial parallel platforms (4) and operation manipulators (5). The electric control boxes (1) are electrically connected with the industrial personal computer (2) and receive control signals from the industrial personal computer (2), the triaxial parallel platforms (4) are connected with the electric control boxes (1) and symmetrically arranged, moving states of the triaxial parallel platforms (4) are controlled by the electric control boxes (1) connected with the triaxial parallel platforms (4) respectively, the operation manipulators (5) are fixedly connected with the triaxial parallel platforms (4), the triaxial parallel platforms (4) move and drive the operation manipulators (5) to move, and the industrial personal computer (2) cooperatively controls the electric control boxes (1) and coordinates the moving state of each triaxial parallel platform (4), so that the operation manipulators (5) cooperatively act. The automated cooperative parallel operation device can be widely applied to the automated assembly lines.
