Abstract

本发明公开一种刮刀装置,包括:内部设置有封闭腔体的刮刀主体,所述刮刀主体的封闭腔体内部设置有活塞体,所述刮刀主体上设置有与所述活塞体连接的刮刀主体气缸,所述刮刀主体设置有用于使原料进出所述刮刀主体封闭腔体的进出原料口;所述刮刀主体气缸用于驱动所述活塞体在所述刮刀主体的封闭腔体内部运动,使所述刮刀主体的封闭腔体内部产生负压,吸收所述刮刀主体的进出原料口处的原料。在刮刀主体的封闭腔体内部形成一个负压,将钢网上未刮制的原料吸收回刮刀主体的封闭腔体内,这样印刷之后的原料就不会残留在钢网上,保持钢网的清洁。
The invention discloses a scraper comprising a scraper body with an enclosed cavity inside. A piston body is arranged inside the enclosed cavity of the scraper body, scraper body cylinders are connected with the piston body are arranged on the scraper body, and a raw material entering and exiting port allowing raw materials to enter and exit from the enclosed cavity of the scraper body is arranged in the scraper body; the scraper body cylinders are used for driving the piston body to move inside the enclosed cavity of the scraper body, negative pressure is generated inside the enclosed body of the scraper body, and raw materials at the raw material entering and exiting port of the scraper body are sucked. The negative pressure is formed inside the enclosed cavity of the scraper body, and the raw materials which are not scraped on a steel screen are sucked back into the enclosed cavity of the scraper body, so that no raw material remains on the steel screen after printing, and the steel screen is kept clean.
