Abstract

The invention relates to an assessment method of wide area protecting system communication information stream delay reliability and belongs to the technical field of power system automation. According to the assessment method, the time delay of a PDC data package is determined first, then according to a factor PDC overtime parameter of the time delay which has influence on the PDC data package, the availability of a PMU phasor data package is computed, finally according to the PDC maximum delay and the sampling data resolution ratio, an FTA reliability model corresponding to a PMU phasor information stream is established, the availability of the whole PMUs phasor information stream is computed, and the availability of the information stream is used as assessment of wide area communication information stream delay reliability. The availability is introduced to be used as assessment of wide area communication information stream delay reliability, by computing the credibility, assessment of wide area communication information stream delay reliability is achieved, and accurate assessment of wide area protecting system communication information stream delay reliability can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种广域保护系统通信信息流时延可靠性的评估方法,属于电力系统自动化技术领域。本发明首先确定PDC数据包的时间延迟,然后根据影响PDC数据包的时间延迟的因素PDC超时参数计算一个PMU相量数据包的可用度,最后根据PDC最大延迟和采样数据分辨率,建立PMU相量信息流对应的FTA可靠性模型,计算整个PMUs相量信息流的可用度,以该信息流可用度作为广域通信信息流时延可靠性的评估。本发明引入可用度作为广域通信信息流时延可靠性的评估,通过计算可信度来实现对广域通信信息流时延可靠性的评估,本发明能够实现对广域保护系统通信信息流的时延可靠性进行准确评估。
