Abstract

The invention relates to a glazed brick production method, which comprises: (1) preparing a ceramic brick billet, (2) spraying a hydrophobic agent, spreading frit particles, spraying a curing agent, and firing to form a frit layer, (3) covering a glaze layer adopting an oxide as a color former on the fired frit layer, and firing, and (4) finally carrying out drying, firing and polishing processing to obtain the finished product, wherein the curing agent contains, by mass, 5.0-6.0% of a cellulose thickener, 2.0-2.8% of attapulgite, 1.1-1.4% of a defoamer, 1.2-1.8% of a dispersing agent, and the balance of a solvent. According to the present invention, the frit particle binder of the present invention is suitable for the frit particles with the smaller particle (100-200 mesh), such that the frit particle is prevented from being sucked by the low negative pressure of the kiln preheating zone due to the small size during the glazed brick preparation process so as to avoid a large number of pin holes, bubbles and other defects on the ceramic brick surface, such that the glazed brick having the better decoration effect is obtained.
一种抛釉砖的生产方法,其生产方法包括如下步骤:(1)制备陶瓷砖坯;(2)喷涂憎水剂,铺积熔块颗粒,喷涂固定剂,烧制形成熔块层;(3)在所述已烧成的熔块层上覆盖以氧化物作为发色剂的釉层并烧制;(4)最后经过干燥,烧成和抛磨加工即可得到成品。所述固定剂其按质量百分比计,含有如下组分:纤维素类增稠剂5.0-6.0%,凹凸棒土2.0-2.8%,消泡剂为1.1-1.4%,分散剂为1.2-1.8%,余量为溶剂。本发明的熔块颗粒粘结剂适用于颗粒较小的熔块颗粒(100-200目),在制备抛釉砖的过程中,避免了熔块颗粒由于颗粒太小而被窑炉预热带的低负压而被吸走,从而避免了陶瓷砖表面出现大量的针孔和气泡等瑕疵,从而获得具有较佳装饰效果的抛釉砖。
